I stepped into coaching in 2021 after realising that my previous corporate career wasn't making use of all of my strengths. I now find it far more fulfilling to care about the people I work with, rather than the numbers!
My own journey to becoming a Mum has had its ups and downs - and this dialogue was all in my head until I started being coached myself. Speaking my thoughts and worries out loud showed me how hard I was being on myself, and how much pressure I put myself under.
